Q. Is 10000 the highest number of banner exposures available for purchase?
A. Yes, but we will consider going higher if we get significant interest in it. We can also go by specific date runs as well, rather than display count. Drop us an e-mail and let us know what you need.

Q. How long are the current rates good for?
A. Rates are subject to change at any time, but you can lock into rate pricing by signing-up. The rates you signed up for will be good for 30 days pending receipt of fees. The rate you lock into is good for a MINIMUM of 3 months. For example, even if rates increase 20 times (not likely - just an example) you will qualify for the rate you locked into for at least 3 months. This applies to any exposure renewals/recharging you sign up for as well.

Q. Do you offer refunds on unused banner displays?
A. We ask that you allow us the opportunity to service your account and give you your money's worth. However, if we cannot work it out for you we will issue refunds to your account by prorating your remaining banner displays at rate you signed up for.

NOTE: Refunds for ANY ad campaign, regardless of type, are ONLY available during the first 10% of the ad run time/impressions you signed up for, or 20 days/1000 banner ad impressions, whichever comes first. If any of these milestones are reached your ad run will complete as scheduled and is ineligible for a refund of funds already paid. If a refund is due to you it will be refunded within 30 days of your request.

Q. Can I send payments electronically?
A. Yes, you can also send us funds electronically via PayPal or electronic wire transfer. PayPal is our preferred method. Please refer to the advertising page for the up-to-date information.
